Because fibrolamellar cancer is so rare, it is likely that most patients and families had never heard of the disease prior to diagnosis and are not aware of anyone else affected by it. The purpose of the below form is both to create a registry of those affected by fibrolamellar and to allow patients and families to be in touch with one another, if they so choose.
